Since its inception in 1985, Apollo Motorhome Holidays has revolutionised the recreational vehicle industry. By establishing customer friendly initiatives and guaranteeing great rates, the business has grown to become the largest privately owned leisure vehicle operator in the Southern Hemisphere.
Apollo’s fleet of over 3000 quality vehicles and more than 200 exceptional staff have helped tens of thousands of people enjoy the wonders of travel in Australia, New Zealand & now America.

People
Apollo is proudly family owned and operated, and as such, management are both financially and personally invested in the business. Founded by Gus and Carolyn Trouchet in 1985, Apollo is now owned by sons Luke Trouchet (CEO) and Karl Trouchet (CFO).
Since 1997 and 1998 respectively, Luke and Karl have expanded the business significantly, initiating international expansion to New Zealand and the USA. They have developed several new companies and brands including Hippie Camper, Cheapa Campa and leading manufacturer Talvor. The company is now both vertically and horizontally integrated and has won numerous industry awards.

Apollo’s branches are situated throughout Australia, New Zealand and the USA. All branches are located close to airports or city centres for your convenience.
Our Australian depots are located in Adelaide, Alice Springs, Brisbane, Broome, Cairns, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

Vehicles
Enjoy absolute confidence when travelling in a vehicle from Australia’s most modern fleet. Apollo branded vehicles are on fleet for a maximum of three years, and are always maintained and serviced to the highest industry standard.
Apollo motorhomes and campervans are designed by engineers, and built by our leading Australian manufacturer Talvor Motorhomes, or by manufacturers such as Winnebago.
As the largest RV manufacturer in Australia, Talvor proudly builds Apollo vehicles to our exacting standards. |

At Apollo, we constantly endeavour to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainable business practices. In addition to our Green Stamp and Greenfleet membership, Apollo is currently developing an environmental plan, “Apollo Envirocare”, to help preserve our planet for future generations. |
